This shoot was done at “de Kleine Komedie” in Amsterdam, wicht is a small theatre. As I arrived with my gear (I decided to bring a lot
) we came to the conclusion that the record company did not tell the theatre that I would be there. Awkward situation. But what can you do? I had my assignment and I needed to deliver. So after being a little persistent the owner took me to the second ring where I was allowed to take few pics. And I am grateful!
The second ring is far away from the stage and there was hardly any light. So I had to use my 70-200 f2.8 on a monopod in order to get some shots. This was a difficult and I hope that the pics are ok. In order to keep de image noise down I set my ISO no further then 1600. By using the monopod I was able to shoot at 1/15 of 1/20. See the result below..
